We do our best to ensure our menus, prices, and descriptions are accurate. However, our products are handmade, and slight variations in size, shape, and appearance may occur. Prices and availability may change without notice.

5. Ordering & Payment

Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payments.
Order Confirmation & Deposits: Orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The remaining 50% is due upon collection or delivery. Orders are only confirmed once the deposit is received.
Cancellations & Refunds: Standard orders can be canceled at least 24 hours before collection/delivery. The deposit is non-refundable. Catering and large custom orders are non-refundable if canceled within 72 hours of the event date.
Order Changes: We’ll do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them after confirmation.

6. Allergens & Food Safety

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and other allergens. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee any item is completely free from allergens. Customers with severe allergies should use discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Any damages from using or being unable to use our site
Delays or non-delivery due to events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, supply shortages)
Any allergic reactions or other medical issues related to product consumption
